What is the Founding Circle
The Founding Circle is a co-creation process where professionals from strategic fields come together in 3 online sessions to collectively define the vision, first products, and internal governance of IBGIA. It's not a meeting — it's the foundation of an institute.

Each 2-hour online session, spaced over 6 weeks, with concrete deliverables.
Why do we exist?
Member introductions, collective diagnosis of what's missing in AI governance in Brazil, and vision alignment for the next 12 months.
Deliverable: Collectively validated vision and mission
What will we do?
Definition of IBGIA's first products (frameworks, assessments, community), creation of thematic working groups, and operating model.
Deliverable: 6-month roadmap with owners
How do we organize?
Decisions on formalization, role definitions (advisor, WG member, associate), internal governance, and meeting cadence.
Deliverable: Letter of intent and founding member commitment
